Attorney John Bulman ’80 and his firm, Little Bulman Medeiros & Whitney PC, have recently joined the law firm of Pierce Atwood LLP. The combined firm creates a larger and deeper concentration in complex commercial and construction litigation practices. Bulman continues to practice in Providence, R.I.
One of the leading firms in southeastern New England, Bulman’s previous firm had been recognized for its expertise in construction and business disputes and its handling of complex litigation matters.
“We are very excited to have the attorneys of Little Bulman join us,” Gloria Pinza, managing partner of Pierce Atwood said. “Their exceptional credentials in the construction law arena will combine with our strong construction practice to create a regional practice that will provide highly competitive expertise, depth and value throughout New England and beyond. In addition, the quality of the Little Bulman practice in complex commercial litigation generally, as evidenced by their many recognitions in Chambers, Best Lawyers and the like, when combined with our similarly distinguished roster of Pierce Atwood litigators gives us a regional commercial litigation practice that we believe is second to none.”
“We are very pleased to be joining with Pierce Atwood in order to better serve the clients of both firms,” said Bulman. “Pierce Atwood is one of the most established and highly respected firms in New England. For more than 20 years, we have worked diligently to provide our clients with the best legal advice and the best value. This will deepen our expertise and capacity throughout New England for both litigation and transactions.”
Bulman earned a B.A. in political science from Hobart College. As a student, he participated in an off campus study experience in Vienna, Austria. He has since served as an admissions volunteer for the Colleges.
