engage with the world

Explore interrelationships between social and cultural theories and how they impact our everyday lives with a major or minor in Critical Social Studies. Through the program, you’ll learn to question "common sense" and its history. You'll participate in increasingly demanding dialogue that inspires you to construct theory and create change. You’ll graduate with a better understanding of theory and the ability to apply that knowledge to future studies and career choices.
