Vote on pictures, snack on hors d'oeuvres (read: tasty, free food), and play a matching game to win prizes (read: more free stuff) from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, in the Library Atrium. This is the opportunity to view peer's photos, most of which feature locales not covered in snow.
Twelve first prizes will be awarded to the two best photographs in six different categories. Winners will have their photos enlarged to 9 inch by 13 inch size by Professor Mark Jones, who is also the contest judge. Other prizes will be available for the “People's Choice” category.
To enter study abroad photos, the photographer must have taken the photo while on a Colleges study abroad experience (or travel related to it). For more information, contact Doug Reilly, programming coordinator for the Center for Global Education, at firstname.lastname@example.org or ext. 3788.
