Talking Circle for Women on the Intersections of Race and Gender

The Multicultural Sisterhood House on campus is sponsoring a casual gathering for women to talk about the many intersections of race and gender in our community, and in our world.

We will talk about issues including multifaceted oppression, the exclusivity of the women's movement and the difficulties women of color and white women sometimes face when coming together to discuss these issues and push for social justice. Any other topics or concepts are welcome to be discussed as well.

Today, December 2nd at 5pm in the Multicultural Sisterhood House (133 St. Clair Street).
