“Religion and Homosexuality: a roundtable discussion” will begin at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 25 at the Intercultural Affairs Center, as part of the monthly Cross-Cultural Coffee Hour.
The featured speaker will be the Rev. Denise Yarbrough from St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Penn Yan. Michael Dobkowski and Etin Anwar of the Religious Studies faculty and Lorinda Weinstock, the Hillel professional, will talk about the range of responses to homosexuality in the Judaic and Islamic traditions. Anja-Maria Bassimir, an intern in the office of Intercultural Affairs, organized the event.
All interested students, faculty and staff are invited.
