Why I Give

For me, giving back to HWS is pretty much a no brainer. During my four years at Hobart and William Smith Colleges I made incredible lifelong friends, took courses with professors that challenged me and shaped me into the person I am today, and most importantly acquired the skills necessary to go out into the world and accomplish my ambitious goals. I left HWS a better and more well-rounded person than when I first arrived. I left campus and entered the "real world" knowing that no matter where I ended up, I'd have a network of people ready to help me at every turn, and that has proven itself to be true time and time again. I give back because Hobart and William Smith Colleges gave me so much; both tangible and intangible, and I want to make sure that my experience is the norm, not the exception.
