Why I Give

I give to Hobart and William Smith because it was my home for four wonderful years. I believe giving is important to enhance the education and experience I had while at HWS for future generations of students. Through annual giving we can ensure that this goal is met and that the Colleges continue to grow and provide the most advanced resources to faculty and students. HWS provided me with a great education, small class sizes, and a lot of time on Seneca Lake. As a geoscience major and member of the sailing team, I loved every moment on the lake. I have fond memories of doing research on the HWS Explorer and sailing through snow squalls while practicing with our team. I was always proud to represent HWS while traveling to other schools and will cherish my HWS memories.
