I have long believed in the value of a liberal arts education and I highly value my experiences at Hobart and William Smith. For me a big component of my education was being exposed to students of different ethnic, cultural and racial backgrounds. As a student, the expense of going to HWS was a major issue, and hence my dedication to giving to HWS and ensuring that those of modest means can attend the Colleges today and into the future.
