Why I Give

I can think of any number of reasons to give to the Colleges: my daughters went to William Smith and I want to ensure that HWS remains strong for future grandchildren to attend; I am proud of Hobart College and what it stands for; giving and school rankings are positively related; but the bottom line is this: Hobart College made me the person I am today and I owe Hobart for putting me on the right path. That for me is the basic reason why I give.
