Why I Give

I give to HWS in many ways – not only financially, but also through volunteering and staying connected with college personnel and young alumnae. I know how important it is to give back to a close knit and strong growing community and how fortunate I am to be a part of this unique group. The endless support and various opportunities I had during my 4 years was an essential dimension of my life. The Colleges provided me with financial support and for that I am ever grateful. I hold a special place in my heart for HWS and can only imagine the opportunity and support for current students given the recent enhancements on campus. I cannot imagine not giving back to a place that played a crucial part in shaping the person I am today. Not to mention, I was introduced to my husband, Hugh Leoni '01, through a mutual college friend who met him at an alumnae event.
