Why I Give

Although not always substantial, I have given back to the Colleges from the first year after I graduated and I continue to give, but my reasons for giving have changed over the last 20 years. I first gave because I felt the close connection to the amazing friends, fulfilling athletic career and diverse education I felt I received while attending the Colleges. As I developed my career and started a family, I gave because of the strong HWS network I saw throughout my industry and community. I give today because I see the future of HWS that I can only hope my two young daughters have the opportunity to possibly experience one day. If life takes them another direction, then I hope my contribution can help other young men and women who are looking for a well-rounded education within a great community on an unbelievable campus that continues to flourish every time I return to the colleges. Although I do not have the opportunity to return often, when I do, I am amazed every time.
