I'm in my fourth week working at a new job that I absolutely love. I'm learning so much about management, leadership, and organization, but a lot of it is building off of the skills I learned through my time with William Smith Rowing, the amazing courses I took at HWS, like Professor Spates' Two Cities course and Renee Monson's Research Methods, and the guidance from my amazing adviser, Paul Kehle. I'm so grateful to HWS. It really helped set me up for this job, and introduced me to some of the most important people in my life. Why wouldn't I give back?!
