Onondaga Land Rights series speaker listed

“Onondaga Land Rights and Our Common Future,” a series of educational programs sponsored by Syracuse University, State University's College of Environmental Science and Forestry and several community organizations, continues at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 18 at Syracuse Stage.

John Mohawk will speak on “'Discovering' the Haudenosaunee Influences on U.S. Culture and Democracy.” He was part of a panel discussion during the HWS Genocide Series in April 2000.

The series provides an opportunity for Central New Yorkers to learn about the Onondaga Nation and their Land Rights Action.
