The Spring Matinee Series at Smith Opera House in downtown Geneva concludes with the musical revue, “Songs That Won The War,” at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6.
The production is a D-Day tribute to the Big Band Era of the 1940s and the men and women who served in World War II. A talented ensemble of singers and musicians will perform songs made famous by Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, the Andrews Sisters, Mills Brothers, Modernaires and others.
The Spring Matinee Series is presented by the Smith Opera House and Carrie’s One Day – Fun Days.
