The Geneva Historical Society will offer a fourth tour of Glenwood Cemetery, featuring interesting local stories and the laser-cut stones of the newer areas of the cemetery, starting at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15.
This will be fourth in a series of walking tours offered by GHS, and will take place rain or shine and will not include areas viewed during previous tours.
Participants should wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk over uneven ground. They should use the south entrance, opposite Lochland School, take the first right inside the cemetery, and park along the road by section 20.
Reservations are requested by calling the Geneva Historical Society office at (315) 789-5151 to ensure sufficient tour guides and informational materials.
