The Smith Opera House will host a volunteer recruitment night beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 11.
From taking tickets at a sold-out rock show to ushering an intimate piano recital, popping corn and selling candy in the concession stand to newsletter folding in the business office, running the box office for a documentary film series to staffing the gallery and gift shop, there is no shortage of rewarding volunteer challenges at the Smith Opera House.
Smith volunteers earn passes to movies and events each time they work.
