Stellar Chamber Ensemble

Named after the ETA3 nebula out in the galaxy, the rising stars in the ETA3 Chamber Ensemble come into the Colleges proximity when they perform from their wide repertoire that ranges from Bizet to Brahms, Schubert to Saint-Saëns. The ensemble will come to campus at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 21 in the Geneva Room.

During their studies at The Julliard School in 2006, flutist Emily Thomas, clarinetist Alexey Gorokholinsky and pianist Tomoko Nakayama came together as three of the school’s most promising talents, forming one of three prominent Julliard chamber music groups of 2006.

As one of the strongest up-and-coming ensembles from New York City, this performance promises to be nothing short of stellar.
