Xavier Janssen, a member of the Hobart Class of 1987, has been appointed the director for institutional sales at the investment banking firm Leerink Swann. The full press release is below.
Leerink Swann & Company announced March 17 that Xavier A. Janssen has joined the investment banking firm as Director, Institutional Sales. He joins Leerink Swann & Company from Deutsche Bank Securities where he was involved in institutional equity sales in that firm's offices in both New York and Zurich.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2001, Mr. Janssen was responsible for covering institutional clients in Europe and Scandinavia at Brown Brothers Harriman and ING Barings Furman Selz. He received his B.A. from Hobart College and his M.B.A. from Babson Graduate School of Business.
