A GLEEful Gluten-Free Guide

In her new guidebook, “GLEE! An Easy Guide to Gluten Free Independence,” Elizabeth Atkinson ’83 shares her best advice on living gluten free.

This upbeat, fun, and easy-to-read guide is perfect for anyone newly-diagnosed with celiac disease, or any gluten-free person about to live independently. Atkinson contributes her own personal anecdotes while sharing practical information, in order to make adjusting to a gluten-free lifestyle as easy as possible.

“GLEE!” is both concise and comprehensive, covering everything from medicine and makeup, candy and beverages, to the best Web sites, how to read labels, and how to ask questions.

Atkinson is also the author of critically acclaimed “From Alice to Zen and Everyone in Between,” the story of an unlikely middle school friendship. She is also currently working on her next novel, “The Freke Family Reunion.”

‘GLEE!” is now available for purchase at the College Store.  For more information on GLEE! or Atkinson, visit www.elizabethatkinson.com.
