Vietnam Workshop Held

The Hobart and William Smith Colleges and Union College Partnership for Global Education recently held a workshop for faculty in Clinton, N.Y. Participating in the workshop were Vu Ngoc Tu, director of international relations at Vietnam National University (VNU), Ngo Binh, preceptor of Vietnamese language at Harvard University, Nguyen Huong, exchange student from VNU College of Foreign Languages, and 15 HWS and Union faculty. The workshop was sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education Title VI grant to support curricular development on Vietnamese subjects, language programming in Vietnamese, and the Partnership's annual Vietnam abroad program.
