Journeys to a Career in Medicine

On Tuesday, Oct. 27, the Office of Intercultural Affairs and the Salisbury Center for Career Services Office present the annual Health Professions Panel, “Journeys to a Career in Medicine” at 7 p.m. in the Office of Intercultural Affairs, 288 Pulteney St.

The panel will include Dr. Lisa Harris, MD — a pediatric internist at Temple Medical in Rochester, N.Y. — and Maralie Deprinvil ’10 and Ryan Young ’11.

The Health Professions Advisory Program at HWS is an accredited prehealth curriculum that is recognized by graduate school programs and prepares students for admission tests as well as research positions.  The program provides clinical internships, skill training and community service experiences along with assistance during the application process in the form of editing help, workshops, test preparation and mock interviews.

Don’t miss this great opportunity to see what you can do with in the medical field.

Cookies and treats will be provided.  Please confirm your attendance at cso@hws.edu.
