Are you feeling the doldrums of winter setting in? Need some extra energy? Want to get back in the gym but don’t have a workout buddy?
This semester, join me, Cerri Banks, Dean of William Smith College and let’s get in shape together.
Each week this semester I will invite YOU, my biggest motivators to take part in a variety of activities-from walking on the track in Bristol Field House to Zumba and Kickboxing classes to weight training in the gym.
Our goal is to be healthy and to do so in community. It’s a good example for me to set for students to show a balanced approach to a healthy lifestyle and everyone gets to set their own personal goals.
Meeting times, locations, and activities will be posted on the “Get in Shape with Dean Banks” Facebook page, where you can also find and post nutrition tips, recipes, and favorite workout playlists. Let’s beat the winter blahs! “Get in Shape with Dean Banks” is the perfect way to stay energized, engaged, and, most of all, healthy.
