Hodgson Russ LLP, located in Buffalo, N.Y., has recently announced that Joseph L. Braccio ’76 will serve as the practice area leader for the law firm’s Employment, Benefits, and Immigration Practice Area.
This practice area oversees the firm’s employee benefits, labor and employment, and immigration practice groups. The firm has five practice areas, each overseen by a practice area leader. The other four practice areas are Business, Litigation, Real Estate and Finance, and Tax.
Since 1986, Braccio has counseled private sector employers on the full range of labor and employee relations issues with particular concentration in contract negotiations, contract administration, arbitration, strike management, and employee discipline and discharge cases. Braccio’s extensive experience includes representing private employers in a variety of economic sectors including industrial manufacturing, health care, construction, high-technology, and service. He also regularly counsels employers on wage and hour issues, prevailing rate problems, and employment discrimination.
