New Career Services Program Featured

Career Counselor Colleen Johnson and the Salisbury Center for Career Services were featured in the July 2004 issue of Campus Career Counselor magazine. Career Services has developed a new program, called “Pathways,” to help students develop and, ultimately, execute a four-year career and professional development plan.

“Pathways will help motivate students and give them direction through workshops, experiential learning activities, career counseling, and on-the-job experiences,” said Johnson. “Students actually sign up and commit to go through this process of personalizing their own four-year plan with not only the career counselor, but collaboratively with faculty, alumni/ae, student mentors, admissions, parents, and employers.”
