In a 14-point victory over Union in the semifinals, Danahy helped the Herons with 12 points, a game-high four steals, and four assists. In the championship game on Saturday against Vassar, she scored a game and season-high 28 points on 12-of-24 shooting including three 3-pointers. The performance earned Danahy a spot on the All-Tournament Team, but the Brewers won the title 77-67. For the weekend, she shot 51.5 percent from the floor, 33.3 percent from 3-point range, and 100 percent from the line.
A starter in all 27 games this season, Danahy averaged 13.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.7 steals, and 2.4 assists. She shot 43 percent from the floor, 77 percent from the line, and 31 percent from behind the arc. Danahy is second in the Liberty League in steals, sixth in free throw percentage, seventh in scoring, and seventh in field goal percentage.
William Smith finished its season with an overall mark of 16-11. With a 10-4 record in the conference, the Herons earned a share of the regular season conference crown.
