Will Wiegler ’76 has been appointed chief marketing officer of The TAS Group, a sales performance automation company. In his new role, Wiegler is responsible for global marketing for The TAS Group and its intelligent Dealmaker sales performance automation software.
Before joining The TAS Group, Wiegler was vice president of marketing at BigMachines, one of the fastest-growing cloud software companies, where he led the company’s strategic marketing programs, branding and led generation activities. Wiegler also previously directed marketing, technical publications and software development teams at companies including Digital Equipment Corp, Spire Corporation and CUSeeMe Networks. He also directed usability research at User Interface Engineering, and developed go-to-market strategies and branding for technology start-ups including Konarka Technologies and AnVil Informatics.

Wiegler earned a B.S. in biology and minored in education. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to earn an M.S. degree from Syracuse University and State University of New York.
