LandVest Hires New Broker, Grows Luxury Real Estate Group
Boston (January 5, 2005) – LandVest, a service provider for owners of significant real property assets, is pleased to announce that Joanna Rizzo Dresser has joined the company as a broker for the Luxury Real Estate Sales Group.
In her new role, Dresser will provide marketing and sales expertise to owners and investors of high-quality real estate assets, specifically land, estates and distinctive homes. She will concentrate on the Boston Metro-West and Nantucket markets.

Dresser brings to LandVest 19 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, where she represented both tenants and landlords in office space negotiations in the downtown Boston market. Most recently, she served as a director for Insignia/ESG, a subsidiary of New York-based real estate company Insignia Financial Group (NYSE: IFS), where she was a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board Multi-Million Dollar Club, Platinum Level. Prior to Insignia/ESG, Dresser worked as the director of leasing for ING Clarion Partners, a provider of private market real estate investment management services.
