Her other roles include completing spreadsheets to gauge the web-traffic and sales on the company’s webpage, Fila.com. She is also invited to sit in on various meetings to get a behind-the-scenes look at how a business is operated.
“During the course of my internship at Fila, I am learning more about analytics as well as attaining business familiarity to help me to become a more marketable job candidate,” says Mathis.
“I am excited to be embarking on new experiences such as photo shoots and working with the creative director as well as learning new technical skills that will be transferrable to my career search during my senior year.”
