Discussing Careers with Bozzuto Group

The Bozzuto Group representatives Daniel Matuzak ’07, Drew Wadsworth ’10 and Betsy Glazer will give a talked titled, “A Career in Property Management,” on Monday, Oct. 15 as part of the Sailsbury Center for Career Services Professional in Residence Series. The discussion will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Stern 201.

That following Tuesday, Oct.16, the Bozzuto Group representatives will conduct practice interviews for students from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Trinity Hall.

Co-founded by HWS Trustee Thomas S. Bozzuto ’68, the Bozzuto Group is a privately held, integrated real estate services organization consisting of six companies. Together, these companies create quality homes and incredible communities while remaining environmentally friendly.  The Bozzuto Group companies and their principals have won some of the nation’s highest honors, including the title of “Best Places to Work” in the greater Washington, D.C. area in 2005, 2009 and 2010 by the Washington Business Journal.  Furthermore, in 2008 Thomas Bozzuto ’68, was awarded ULI Washington’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

Glazer is a senior recruiter at The Bozzuto Group and has worked at the company for seven years. As the senior recruiter, she oversees interviewing and recruiting for the multi-entity real estate company. Prior to working for Bozzuto, she served as the bilingual human relations associate at several companies, including Datawatch Systems, Red Coats Inc., Peel Properties and Admiral Security.

Wadsworth ’10 is an assistant property manager for Bozzuto Management Company. After graduating from the Colleges with an economics major and double minor in history and public policy, Wadsworth moved to Washington, D.C. to work for the Bozzuto.

Matuzak ’07 is a property manager for Bozzuto. He has also served the company as assistant property manager and a sales and services associate.
