Tom Drennen, Environmental Studies chair and a member of the HWS Economics faculty, recently attended the annual meeting of the International Association of Energy Economists in Denver.
He organized and chaired a dual session titled “Future Fuels and Use: Hope for Tomorrow.”
Drennen also presented a paper, “The Hydrogen Future Simulation Model: Forecasting Carbon Sequestration Costs,” co-authored by William Kamery '02 and Peter H. Kobos '97.
He also chaired a session on “Nuclear Energy Policy Issues and Economics.”
Drennen joined the HWS faculty in 1995; he holds a doctorate from Cornell University, a master's from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor's from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
