A reception in honor of the 90th birthday of Dr. Edward “Butch” Cuony, professor emeritus of education, will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15 at the Geneva Country Club on Route 14, south of the city.

A story about Cuony's influence on the education of several area residents was printed in the Dec. 11 edition of the Finger Lakes Times.
