McLaughlin completes certification

Kelly McLaughlin, the operations/technical support leader for IT Services, recently completed the tests for Help Desk Manager certification, offered through the Help Desk Institute.

The standards are divided into six objectives — The Strategic Role of the Support Center, Management Skills, Business Alignment, Operational Management, Technology Management and Human Resource and Team Development.
