Two recent stories explored Judge Herbert Stern's recent report on the personnel practices at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Stern '58, LLD '74, P '03, a member of the HWS board of trustees, was appointed in December to oversee finances at the university.
The April 24 report, in The Star-Ledger of Newark, N.J., was titled
Report on UMDNJ exposes thousands in misspent funds.
On April 25, The Philadelphia Inquirer published Audit accuses two at UMDNJ of misconduct.
A story on the report was also included in the May 10 edition of the Chronicle of Higher Education.
