Purdum writes for Vanity Fair

Todd Purdum, recently named national editor of Vanity Fair magazine, is the author of an article on Vice President Dick Cheney that appears in the June 2006 edition.

Purdum was a guest on the President's Radio Show in October 2005, when he discussed the nomination of Harriet Miers to the Supreme Court with Judge Herbert Stern '58, LLD '74, P'03, a member of the HWS board of trustees. Purdum also visited the HWS campus in May 2005 when his wife, former White House Press Sercretary Dee Dee Myers, delivered the commencement address and received an honorary degree.

Purdum spent 23 years at The New York Times, most recently in its Washington, D.C., bureau office.
