Lorraine Collins received degrees from the joint MBA/MPA program at Syracuse University's master's ceremony on Saturday, May 13. She received an undergraduate degree in accounting from Howard University in 1999.

She is one of two Maxwell School of Public Administration graduate students to be offered a Gov. Hugh L. Carey Fellowship in Governmental Finance by the state division of the budget. They will begin their fellowship this summer.
