Wilson talks about changing behaviors

Mary “Beth” Wilson, assistant professor of psychology, was quoted in a story in the Wednesday, Feb. 21 issue of the Democrat and Chronicle about how hard it is to break habits and replace them with new ones.

A member of the faculty since 1999, she holds her bachelor's from State University of New York at Buffalo, and her master's and Ph.D. from Kent State University in Ohio.
