Andrew Milstein, a member of the Political Science faculty, will speak to the League of Women Voters of Geneva on Tuesday, April 3 at The Presbyterian Church in Geneva.
His topic will be “Plugging the Dam: The Future (and Past) of Campaign Finance Reform and the Effects of Money in the Federal Elections.”
Milstein specializes in studying conflict among political institutions, with a focus on the U.S presidency, Congress, and special interest groups. He joined the faculty in 2006 and holds a bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University and his master's from Syracuse University. He expects to complete his Ph.D. later this year, also at Syracuse University.
