Alumna Brophy in The New York Times

Laura Brophy '86, who operates a photography business, was featured in a story in the Sunday, April 15 issue of The New York Times.

The story explained how digital single-lens reflex cameras have led many women to start photography businesses.

Brophy is also assistant dean and executive director of external relations at the Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the University of Rochester. Her husband, Scott, is a member of the HWS philosophy faculty.
