HWS Alums to Appear on New HGTV Program

“Rip and Renew, a program on Home & Garden Television, will feature renovations to the West Babylon, N.Y., apartment of accountant Wilton Cheung ’01 and his fianceé, Andrea Damon ’01, a graduate student, in the episode to be aired on Saturday, Nov. 3.

In each week's program, carpenter James Lunday and designer Michelle Carano team up to give a room a custom look with a floor-to-ceiling makeover using architectural detailing, accents and other decorative building materials to add character and charm to bland and boring rooms

Cheung, a chemistry major and environmental studies minor, was a member of the crew team. Damon was a biology and environmental studies double major and a member of the lacrosse team. She studied abroad in Queensland, Australia, and received the Biology Faculty Prize.
