Kelly J. Mittiga ’94 was recently promoted to senior vice president of consumer banking at First Niagara Bank. A First Niagara employee since 2003, she oversees the bank’s 18 branch offices in Central New York, and has statewide responsibility for alternative delivery and the customer experience.
As Kelly Johnson, she was an economics major who graduated cum laude. She was a member of William Smith Congress and the Herons lacrosse team.
She is a recipient of Rochester’s “Forty Under 40 Award,” which recognizes individuals who have achieved professional success and made significant contributions to their community.
Treasurer for the Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce, she is a past president of the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Geneva, co-chair of the Geneva ATHENA committee, and is a member of the City of Geneva Revolving Loan Fund Committee. Mittiga lives in Geneva with her husband, Ben, and their three children.
