Geneva, NY — Film star Matt Malloy was in the area and needed a place to read a piece for Public Radio International's This American Life–and Hobart and William Smith's radio station, WEOS, was just the place. Last week WEOS facilitated the reading by Malloy, who starred in In the Company of Men in 1997 and more recently in Finding Forrester. Station manager Michael Black helped establish the necessary digital audio link for the recording.
WEOS-FM 89.7 was given a national credit on the PRI program, which is produced by WBEZ in Chicago, and heard on more than 400 radio stations nationwide and around the world on World Radio Network stations.
