Gearan Remembers Teacher

President Mark Gearan was quoted in David Shribman's article “Lessons Remembered,” printed in US Airways Attaché. In the story Shribman includes several peoples' memories of the teacher who changed their lives. Gearan remembers Sister Michael Agnes. “She was my first-grade teacher in Gardner, Mass., and even at a young age, I understood that her entire life revolved around the six rows of seven kids in our class. Those 42 kids were everything for her,” he said. The article was also printed in the May 7 Buffalo News, titled “Hats off to teachers.”
