SMTP.hws.edu, the inbound and outbound mail gateway for the campus, and also the outgoing mail server for our clients, will be down at noon today for engine updates. This should be only 20-30 minutes. HWS clients will experience errors sending at this time. Please do not redirect a client to another outbound mail server as they are not configured to relay mail from the subnets. Mail already in the system will be queued for delivery.
