There is a new virus hoax making the rounds. You might get an e-mail message telling you to search your hard drive for a purported virus called JDBGMGR.EXE. Chances are, you'll find it. Because the warning is a hoax.
JDBGMGR.EXE is the Microsoft Java Debugger Manager. It's a standard component of Windows. Yes, it's right where they say it is. Yes, it has a little teddy bear icon. It's supposed to. Don't delete it.
So, if you get this warning, politely write back to the person who sent it and explain that it's a hoax.
