Benjamin Hale Dinner

The Benjamin Hale Dinner will be held at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2003, in Comstock Dining Hall. The Benjamin Hale Dinner, as part of the Charter Day observance, is held each year to celebrate academic achievement for the men of Hobart College. The dinner is open to all Hobart men, and invited guests. The speaker will be Dr. Richard L. Wasserman '70.

Dr. Wasserman is a pediatric immunologist and president of Pediatric Allergy & Immunology Associates, Pa. He also conducts research at the Baylor Research Foundation in Dallas, serves as a consultant to drug and biotechnology companies and is an attending physician at the Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. Wasserman is a member of the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology, the American Association of Immunologists and the Southern Society of Pediatric Research (council member 1986-87). He is listed in “Who’s Who in America”. Dr. Wasserman received his B.S. degree cum laude from Hobart College in 1970, his Ph.D. degree from City University of New York in 1975, and his M.D. degree from Southwestern Medical School in 1977.
