PGE Opens 12 Windows Film Series With Italian Film September 9

The PGE will open their new film series, 12 Windows: Encountering Culture Through Film, on Monday, September 9, with Big Deal on Madonna Street, a hip, hilarious Italian caper comedy that later inspired films like Ocean's 11, Jackie Brown and Out of Sight.

The film will be shown on Monday at 7 p.m. in the Sanford Room. Sebastiano Lucci, a visiting instructor in Italian language, will give a short introduction to the film. Everyone is welcome.

12 Windows: Encountering Culture Through Film features films chosen by HWS faculty and staff for their insight into cultures outside the U.S. The series will run on Mondays during the fall semester; a full schedule of the films will shortly be made available to the campus community.
