Hobart Spring Bash for Area Children

Area youth and their parents can enjoy an afternoon of carnival fun.

March 31, 2003 GENEVA, N.Y.—Elementary school children and their parents are invited to an afternoon of carnival-style fun with games, a magician, and a clown from 2 until 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, at the Barn on the Hobart and William Smith Colleges campus, off St. Clair Street. Spring Bash is sponsored by the Hobart honor societies, fraternities, Hobart club athletics and Hobart Student Government.

Entertainment for the day includes Jack Porcello, clown and balloon artist, who will perform throughout the day, an ice cream social hosted by the Druids Honor Society, face painting by members of the Chi Phi fraternity, basketball and football with members of the Delta Chi fraternity, and various crafts will round out the afternoon. Magician Aaron Isaacs will do a stand-up show at 4 p.m.
