The Hobart and William Smith Colleges Chorale will present its annual spring tour concert at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, and Saturday, April 26, in St. John's Chapel. The Colleges Chorale, directed by Associate Professor of Music Robert Cowles, will perform a collection of secular and sacred works from the Renaissance to the present day. Admission is free, and the public is invited to attend.
The program will include sacred English anthems, works by Estonian composers, and traditional folk selections. In addition, the chamber group Cantori will perform a new work by Kansas composer Craig Weston, and pianist Troy Slocum will perform Chopin's Ballade in G Minor.
