Chimera, Orange Key seek nominees

Hobart’s junior and sophomore honor societies, Chimera and Orange Key respectively, are now seeking nominations from faculty and staff for 2007-08 membership.

Nominees should be outstanding students at the College who, in addition to their academic accomplishments, have had significant involvement in the Hobart or greater Geneva community, and who have served as role models for their classmates. Students should demonstrate character, loyalty and leadership, and must be in good academic standing, as determined by the dean’s office.

Faculty and staff are invited to nominate qualified rising juniors (current sophomores) for Chimera and qualified rising sophomores (current first years) for Orange Key.

Nomination forms were mailed to faculty and staff WHEN. For additional nomination forms, contact the Hobart Dean’s Office. Nominations should be turned in to the Hobart Dean’s Office by Tuesday, March 6.

Chimera, the junior class honor society at Hobart, and Orange Key, the sophomore honor society at Hobart, are now seeking nominations for membership. Students are selected for 2007-08 on the basis of character, loyalty, and leadership.
