Thinking of Staying on Campus this Summer?

Students planning to reside on campus this summer must review the Summer Housing Policy located at http://www.hws.edu/about/summerprogs/housing.asp. Information on housing for commencement week and for the summer is below.

Commencement Week Housing
Students working commencement week or students with extenuating circumstances who need to reside on campus after exams and up to the day of Commencement must contact the Office of Residential Education by written request before April 15.

Written requests must state the students’ full name, residence hall and room number, departure date and why they must stay past the regular departure deadline. Written requests are taken by e-mail, fax or campus mail only. Please send requests to Robb Flowers, director of residential education.

Students will not be approved for housing after April 15 if a written request has not been received. Students not approved for housing will be required completely to vacate the premises by noon after their last exam.
